HI there eveyone just thought i would keep you all posted on my movements, in a warm fuzzy mood as just had a really good shower................ummmm
Any way here goes since last posting in Dunedin we have moved south around the Catlins coast which was a MUST DO in NZ.(waterfall pic) To Invacargill (spelling wrond but i know where i mean) at the south os South NZ poeple tend to say it a passing thought place which it is in many way's but it has lots of good bit to it too! Met one of my friends which i made on the Banks Pen (dresses night out) as Natasha had just come of boat from Stewart island and was in town. We had such a good giggle and feel like i have known her for a long time already. Also sorted out her love like and think there maybe wedding bell's kiwi style if all goes to plan. (see photo of 2 big grims and a cheeky glass of red)
From there moved up to Tu Anue(see last pic) on the edge of a lake near Milford sounds. It was a brilliand setting and real laid back. We sat on the shore line catting one night with nibbles, really one of these night you really get to know your travel pal's.........and there all good egg's!
Milford sound was grand and not taken to peices by touristum. Sarah, Hannah and i went on the boat around the sound but i really enjoyed the drive up through the mountains the best. NZ is all naturally beautiful and some will remind you of home, which for me maybe a bit too much as still craving cultural divercity. However it is amazing and worth the trip. (picture 7th one down)
Then we stuffed our bags in to every orophise of the Nissan Sunny and set off again with destination Queenstown. The place where you throw youyrself of anything, however you want! We did non of it but chilled as it is a fantastic setting for the (small) city and had the buzz about it. You know the buzz that could get you in trouble in to many way to imagine. It is good and quite a lot to do there. Jerone, Sarah, Hanah and me on photo 8.
Met a few good people there too some Canadians, German and sweadish., which im hopefully going to crash with in Auckland.
Now we are in Wanaka, one of the best places to be for season, you can swim in the lake in summer, water ski the works and have the fun in the snow in winter. Expensive to live here but well worth it. We all like it so much we stayed 3 day's!! Top 3 pictures. Also top picture was Sarah's birthday and we made her a nut roast as a massive treat for a vegan as you canrn't even get her a cake!! rubbish! We are all getting on really well and Jerone and me went fishing to day (4th pic) which was fun but didn't catch any trout for dinner so going to the shop now.
Bye x
